A group of Monmouth Football student‑athletes recently swapped their playbooks for a different kind of learning experience, joining the Saxum Real Estate Boot Camp, an annual initiative that introduces participants to the commercial real estate and private equity sectors.
The week‑long program combined an intensive educational session led by Saxum professionals with a guided tour of a high‑profile development project in Red Bank, New Jersey, giving the players a firsthand view of large‑scale property construction and financing.
