Montana State's football program is set to make a splash on the national stage in 2026, with three of its games slated for prime‑time television across the United States.
A Milestone for the Big Sky
The matchups will take place on September 12, September 26 and October 2, each kicking off at 8:30 p.m. Mountain Time, and will be carried by The CW for the first contest and by ESPN’s family of networks for the latter two.
These broadcasts are part of a five‑game agreement that marks the most extensive slate of league contests ever aired on ESPN since the partnership began in 2021, underscoring the growing visibility of the Big Sky Conference.
The upcoming schedule also represents the third occasion during this agreement that the Cats will appear in two league‑wide televised games, pushing the total number of nationally televised appearances for Montana State to seven over the period.
While the exact dates and opponents for the remaining fixtures will be revealed later in the summer, the conference has indicated that kickoff times will be finalized as part of a broader television design plan.
