A Schedule Built for Challenge
Murray State University revealed its 2026 women's soccer schedule, a demanding 18‑match slate that blends a rigorous non‑conference slate with a full Missouri Valley Conference campaign.
The season opens with two road exhibitions, first against Western Kentucky and then Bellarmine, before the Racers make their official debut on August 12 at the University of Mississippi, an SEC powerhouse.
A week later, Murray State returns home to host the University of Missouri, marking the first of several marquee matchups on its own turf.
The non‑conference slate continues with a home double‑header against UT Martin and Georgia Southern, followed by trips to Marshall, Tennessee Technological University and Lindenwood as the Racers test themselves against a variety of opponents.
Conference play begins on September 20 when Illinois State visits the campus for a 1 p.m. kickoff, and the Racers will also welcome Valparaiso, UIC and Indiana State on their home schedule.
Road contests against Southern Illinois, Drake, Northern Iowa and Evansville round out the league slate, setting the stage for a final regular‑season showdown against Belmont on November 5.
The Missouri Valley Conference Championship is slated for November 8‑15, promising a high‑stakes finish to the campaign.
