The 16th annual Cook Out Catwalk for Causes is set for October 6 at Ten Tenths Motor Club in Charlotte, NC, where a dozen children facing adversity will stride the runway in outfits they personally selected, turning a night of fashion into a powerful statement of resilience.
The event draws a who’s who of NASCAR and NFL talent, including Kyle Larson, Joey Logano, Greg Olsen and country star Chris Lane, alongside their spouses and teammates such as Samantha Busch, Martin Truex Jr. and Austin Cindric, all gathered to support charitable foundations that serve children across the Carolinas.
Celebrity Backing and Charitable Roots
Live and silent auctions will channel bids toward Speedway Children’s Charities, an organization that has distributed more than $79 million in grants since 1982, as well as the Kyle Larson Foundation, the Joey Logano Foundation, Greg Olsen’s HEARTest Yard and the Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund, each dedicated to pediatric health, education and family support.
Beyond the glitz, the night honors the legacy of Sherry Pollex and the Martin Truex Jr. Foundation, which began its work in 2009 and has since amplified messages of courage, hope and community impact, ensuring that every dollar raised translates into tangible assistance for families in need.
With a history of surpassing $5.5 million in past editions, the 2026 edition aims to build on that momentum, leveraging the spotlight on these young participants to drive further investment in programs that address health, nutrition and educational opportunities throughout the region.
