Race Weekend Unveiled
NASCAR has released the official start times for its August 2026 weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, marking the series’ only scheduled event in the state that month.
The Truck Series will open the weekend at 1:52 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, with the broadcast moving to FOX Sports 1, while the Cup Series will close the weekend at 3:10 p.m. ET on Sunday, televised on USA Network.
Series officials noted that the O'Reilly Series will not compete at New Hampshire this year, with its next appearance slated for Daytona International Speedway, leaving the New Hampshire weekend focused on the two flagship divisions.
The timing places the Truck Series race as the opening act of the weekend and the Cup Series race as the final event, a sequencing that underscores the growing prominence of the Truck Series while maintaining the traditional Sunday showcase for the Cup Series.
Fans can expect a full slate of on‑track action in Loudon, New Hampshire, with the schedule designed to maximize viewership across the two networks and to give the Cup Series a prime evening slot.
