Boris Said, a veteran of NASCAR and a celebrated road‑racing figure, is spearheading the development of the Elsinore Ring, a high‑end motorsports complex planned near Lake Elsinore, California.
A Vision for Southern California's Motorsports Hub
The proposed circuit will span 3.2 miles and feature 22 turns built to FIA Grade 2 standards, with three distinct track layouts that can operate simultaneously, giving drivers the flexibility to run separate sessions on adjacent sections.
The residential component envisions 275 luxury garage condominiums and villas, each offering roughly 1,300 square feet of climate‑controlled space capable of housing six to eight vehicles, and will be finished with designer kitchens, stone countertops and private balconies overlooking the track.
A central clubhouse will anchor the community, boasting a glass‑floor pool, full‑service spa, fitness centre and a helipad perched on its roof, creating a private country‑club atmosphere for enthusiasts.
Gina Gonzalez, Lake Elsinore’s economic development director, has described the region as the ‘action sports capital of the world,’ underscoring how the new facility dovetails with the area’s existing reputation for off‑road and water‑based recreation.
Designed by Hermann Tilke’s firm, Tilke Engineers and Architects, the project has secured financing and aims to open its doors by 2030, positioning Southern California as a premier destination for private motorsports.
