NASCAR O’Reilly Series Returns to Sonoma Raceway in June 2026

Qualifying will be divided into Groups A and B, with the fastest lap determining the starting order for the Pit Boss / FoodMaxx 250

NASCAR’s O'Reilly Series is set to make its second appearance at Sonoma Raceway next June, marking the 19th event of the 2026 championship and the only race scheduled on the Sonoma road course.

Split‑qualifying format

The qualifying session will be divided into two groups, A and B, with each driver given a single flying lap. The fastest time across the combined groups will dictate the starting order for the Pit Boss / FoodMaxx 250.

In 2025, Shane van Gisbergen secured the pole position, and the same driver is entered in the upcoming event. Group A will feature Leland Honeyman Jr., Kyle Sieg and van Gisbergen, while Group B includes Patrick Staropoli, Josh Bilicki and Ross Chastain.

The full driver lineup also comprises names such as Will Rodgers, Ryan Ellis, Anthony Alfredo, William Sawalich, Lavar Scott, Josh Williams, Sam Mayer, Alex Labbe, Dawson Cram, Carson Kvapil, Dean Thompson, Brent Crews, Brad Perez, Justin Allgaier, Brennan Poole, Jeb Burton, Jeremy Clements, Rajah Caruth, Harrison Burton, Austin Green, Ryan Sieg, Brandon Jones, Corey Day, Parker Retzlaff, Sammy Smith, Jesse Love, Taylor Gray, Sheldon Creed, Connor Zilisch and Austin Hill.

The race will be held on the 2.52‑mile Sonoma circuit, a venue that has previously produced memorable battles and will once again test teams’ setups and drivers’ precision under the California sun.
