The National Soccer Hall of Fame has released the final ballots for the Class of 2027, revealing a field of 20 player candidates, 10 veteran candidates and four builder candidates who are now under consideration for induction.
Two voting committees will now decide which candidates advance, with the ability to elect up to six new members: as many as three players, two veterans and one builder.
Among the nine player finalists who last appeared in 2023 and are eligible for the first time are names such as Ozzie Alonso, Jozy Altidore, Michael Bradley, Julie Johnston Ertz, Ali Krieger, Jessica McDonald, Megan Rapinoe, Natalie Russo‑Dickey and Graham Zusi.
Oguchi Onyewu is in his final year of eligibility; if he does not receive enough votes he will shift to the veteran eligibility list for the following cycle.

The induction ceremony is scheduled for April 16 in Frisco, Texas, a venue that has hosted the Hall’s events in recent years.
Builder selections follow a rotating focus on referees, coaches and contributors, and the 2027 vote is limited to coaches.
Candidates who accumulate the most votes and appear on at least half of the submitted ballots will be automatically elected, a rule that applies to players, veterans and builders alike.
The process is overseen by Hall of Fame staff under procedures established by the Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and consistency.
Notable figures among the veteran and builder finalists include David Beckham, Lorrie Fair and Pia Sundhage, adding star power to the upcoming class.
