NBC Sports will begin broadcasting the final 14 NASCAR Cup Series races of the 2026 season starting this weekend, marking a major shift in the series’ television landscape and underscoring the network’s growing role in American motorsports.
Where the Races Will Air
Four marquee events are slated for NBC and will also stream live on Peacock: the Daytona finale at Daytona International Speedway on August 29, the high‑octane showdown at Talladega Superspeedway on October 25, the historic Martinsville race on November 1, and the season‑ending battle at Homestead‑Miami Speedway on November 8.
The remaining ten races will be shown exclusively on USA Network, featuring events at venues such as Iowa Speedway, Richmond Raceway, and New Hampshire Motor Speedway, ensuring that fans across the country have access to the full slate of races.
Every NBC‑televised race will also be available to stream live through Peacock, while USA Network viewers can tune in via a variety of live‑TV streaming services — including Fubo, YouTube TV, Sling TV (Blue), Hulu + Live TV, and DirecTV Stream — eliminating the need for traditional cable subscriptions.
During NBC’s coverage, practice and qualifying sessions will stream on Max and air on truTV, while the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series continues its partnership with FOX Sports for practice and qualifying coverage, and the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series remains on The CW, preserving a diversified broadcast ecosystem.
