NBC to Air All 15 MLB Games in Historic Sunday Broadcast

A first‑of‑its‑kind partnership brings every Sunday game nationally, free of blackouts, across NBC, Peacock and NBCSN.

NBC is set to make history by delivering every Major League Baseball game scheduled for a single Sunday, a move that marks the first time a media company has presented an entire slate of games on the same day.

The broadcast will be available to viewers across the United States without any blackout restrictions, ensuring that fans can tune in to any of the 15 contests whether they are watching on the network’s over‑the‑air channel, the streaming service Peacock, or the cable outlet NBCSN.

Rob Hyland, senior vice president of production at NBC Sports, will direct the coverage, bringing his experience from the recent primetime coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympics and Super Bowl 60 to a baseball schedule that began taking shape in March.

A Sunday Like No Other

Most of the games will feature commentary teams drawn from the participating clubs, and the marquee Padres‑Dodgers matchup will be anchored by veteran voices Jason Benetti, Orel Hershiser, Jake Peavy and CC Sabathia, a combination that many believe represents the first instance of three recent Cy Young Award winners sharing a broadcast booth.

Adding to the innovation, Peacock will offer a multi‑view presentation that splits the screen into four boxes, allowing audiences to follow multiple games simultaneously.

The initiative underscores MLB’s ambition to broaden its national footprint while giving viewers unprecedented access to a full day of action, a development that could reshape how the sport is consumed on a weekly basis.
