NC State's athletics department has officially released the complete roster and jersey numbers for the 2026‑27 men's basketball season, marking the first major personnel snapshot since the offseason.
Re‑numbering the lineup
Preston Edmead will sport the No. 0 jersey after previously wearing No. 1, while Eemeli Yalaho moves from No. 2 to No. 3. Darius Adams, who wore No. 1 last year, will now don No. 11, a change that signals a shift in role for the veteran guard.
Only one player from the previous season returns: forward Paul McNeil, who will again be a key contributor in the frontcourt. Joining him is Zymicah Wilkins, who missed the last campaign due to a redshirt year but is now fully eligible.
International addition
The roster also welcomes Slovenian forward Robert Jurkovic, a senior transfer who arrives with just one year of eligibility remaining. His presence adds overseas experience and depth to the wing positions.
Coach Kevin Keatts emphasized that the mix of returning talent and new faces creates a competitive environment heading into preseason practices. The updated jersey numbers will be on display during the team's first public scrimmage next week.
