West Virginia’s coaching staff has responded by publishing a detailed breakdown of each scholarship player’s remaining eligibility. Quarterbacks such as Max Brown and Jaden Bray sit with a single year left, while running backs Cam Cook and John Neider still have two years to develop. More experienced signal callers like Michael Hawkins Jr. and Martavious Boswell retain three years, and veterans Max Anderson and Scotty Fox Jr. are positioned with four years remaining. The most seasoned athletes, including Wyatt Brown and Jyron Hughley, carry the full five-year allotment.
