The New Hampshire Soccer Project is turning the excitement of the U.S. Men’s National Team’s World Cup run into a community celebration.
On June 12, the organization will transform Liars Bench Beer Company in Portsmouth into a vibrant viewing hub, complete with a live DJ spinning tracks, a showcase of vintage soccer apparel, and a selection of locally brewed beers.
Tickets for the evening are priced at $10, and every dollar will be funneled to the Prescott Park Arts Festival, giving attendees a chance to enjoy the match while supporting the local arts scene.
Soccer, Music, and Charity Converge
A week later, on June 19, the focus shifts to Bethlehem, where Rek‑Lis Brewing Company will host the second watch party. The setting will be family‑friendly, featuring activities for kids and a special treat called Super Secret Ice Cream.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of the North Country, reinforcing the project’s commitment to giving back to the region’s youth.
More Than Just a Game
Both gatherings reflect the project’s broader mission to cultivate a professional soccer culture in New Hampshire, building on earlier successes at Garrison City Beerworks and Loaded Question Brewing. Organizers have emphasized that the events are as much about community building as they are about the beautiful game, aiming to spark interest in soccer at the grassroots level across the state.
