A Night of Culture and Sport
The first anniversary of Nexus Football Group was marked by an exclusive gathering at the historic Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars showroom in Mayfair, London, where the intersection of sport, music and high‑end lifestyle was on full display.
Co‑founders Avelino, Harry Pinero and John Loaiza used the occasion to underscore a mission that goes beyond traditional agency models, aiming to create a space where footballers, artists, executives and creators can mingle as naturally as they would at a cultural salon.
Bilal Chaudhry, the group’s Director of Events & Sponsorships, oversaw the meticulously curated guest list that blended Premier League talent with chart‑topping musicians, fashion influencers and business leaders.
Among the attendees were Harry Pinero himself, alongside fellow creators such as Tobi Brown of the Sidemen, Max Khadar, M Huncho, Craig Mitch, Josh Da Silva and the UK rap star Ms Banks, each adding their distinct voice to the evening’s tapestry.
The night featured live DJ sets from Juls and DJ RLO, while premium beverage partners 1800 Cristalino, Artisan Drinks and Evian provided a curated drinking experience that matched the event’s upscale atmosphere.
Avelino described the venture as a modern sports company that fuses the competitive spirit of football with the fluidity of contemporary culture, promising future events that will continue to push boundaries.
Looking Ahead
As Nexus Football Group looks to its second year, the founders envision a expanding roster of collaborations that will further blur the lines between the pitch, the studio and the boardroom, cementing the brand’s place at the nexus of global culture.
