NM State Athletics Unveils 2026 Game‑Day Upgrades at Aggie Memorial Stadium

Enhanced entry, Wi‑Fi, digital boards and concessions aim to boost fan experience

A Transformative Season for Aggie Football

NM State Athletics has announced a sweeping set of upgrades to Aggie Memorial Stadium that will greet fans when the 2026 football season kicks off.

The new magnetometer‑driven entry gates and additional entry points are designed to cut wait times, letting supporters spend more time cheering and less time in line.

Inside the venue, upgraded Wi‑Fi and a quartet of high‑definition video boards in each end zone promise a clearer, more connected game‑day experience.

Fans can also look forward to a broader menu of grab‑and‑go options on the Aggie Bridge, as well as extra restroom capacity that eases crowd flow.

To keep the community informed, every supporter will receive a weekly “Know Before You Go” email that details traffic patterns, gameday timelines and digital ticket instructions.

Season tickets and single‑game tickets are now on sale through NMStateSports.com/Tickets, the NM State Ticket Office or the Pan Am Ticket Office.

Joe Fields, the university’s Director of Athletics, said the improvements reflect a commitment to making every visit to Aggie Memorial Stadium as convenient and engaging as possible.

The effort was coordinated by the Game Day Experience Task Force, with contributions from Molly Tye and the facilities leadership of Eric Crawford.
