Noblesville Boom Announces Inaugural Jr. Hoops Summer Basketball Camp

Weeklong camp at Riverview Health Arena will offer youth players elite training and community engagement

The Noblesville Boom, the NBA G League affiliate that has been making waves in Indiana basketball, will host a weeklong Jr. Hoops Summer Basketball Camp in Noblesville from July 20 through July 24.

The camp, conducted in partnership with The National Basketball Academy, will take place at Riverview Health Arena at Innovation Mile, providing young athletes with access to a professional‑grade court.

Open to boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 15 of all skill levels, the program promises focused training that includes drills, skills contests, and live games, all overseen by qualified coaches.

Registration, which costs $260 if completed by Thursday, will increase to $265 on Friday, and each camper will receive a T‑shirt, Boom swag, a ticket to a Boom home game and a personalized evaluation.

Community Leadership and Vision

Noblesville Boom President of Business Operations Chris Defendis highlighted the camp’s role in strengthening the local basketball ecosystem and fostering youth development.

The initiative reflects the Boom’s broader commitment to community outreach and offers a tangible pathway for aspiring players to experience the energy of professional basketball.

Space in the camp is limited, underscoring the need for early sign‑up, and interested families can obtain more information by contacting Brice Buels or Rosemary Skripsky.
