Camp Overview
Norfolk State University will welcome young athletes to its Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall from June 22 through June 25, 2026, for a Nike‑sponsored basketball camp designed for boys and girls between the ages of seven and fifteen.
Each day runs from nine in the morning until two in the afternoon, with check‑in beginning at eight thirty on the first day and a closing ceremony scheduled for one thirty on the final afternoon.
Program and Instruction
Head coach Robert Jones and his staff will lead sessions that cover ball handling, shooting technique, footwork and both offensive and defensive fundamentals, aiming to foster athletic growth and skill development.
Participants will receive a Nike Basketball Camp t‑shirt, have access to concession stands for snacks and can compete for additional prizes throughout the camp.
The registration fee of $280 per camper includes all camp costs and the official apparel, while families are encouraged to secure spots early as space is limited and flexible cancellation options are available.
