Northern Nevada Youth Baseball Camp Features MLB Alumni

Three‑day camp at Greater Nevada Field offers instruction, lunch and a Reno Aces game ticket

A summer baseball camp for youngsters from northern Nevada is set to take place at Greater Nevada Field, the home of the Reno Aces, from July 27 through July 29.

Coaching staff

Former Major League catchers Chris Gimenez and Chris Aguila will lead the instruction, bringing their professional experience to a program designed for children ages nine to thirteen.

The daily schedule runs from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon, mixing drills, games and classroom sessions on the fundamentals of the sport.

What’s included

Participants will receive three full days of coaching, a complimentary ticket to the Reno Aces game on July 24 against the Tacoma Rainiers, and lunch each day in the ballpark’s dining area. Parents may purchase additional tickets for family members.

Registration costs $325 and must be completed by Monday, July 20, through the RenoAces.com website. Space is limited, so early sign‑up is encouraged.

Beyond skill development, the camp offers a chance to experience the Major League‑quality facility and to meet fellow baseball enthusiasts from across the region.
