Online voting begins for the 2026 N‑Club Hall of Fame class
Former Northwestern State athletic letterwinners can now cast their votes through an online portal for the 2026 N‑Club Hall of Fame. The voting window opened recently and will remain open until July 17, giving alumni ample time to participate in the selection of the next induction class.
The voting system assigns different weights to each ballot. Paid N‑Club members have their votes counted three times as heavily as those cast by unpaid letterwinners, a structure designed to reflect the organization’s financial support while still honoring the contributions of all alumni.
The final selection blends the weighted online vote with the judgment of the N‑Club selection committee. The committee, composed of more than a dozen former competitors and staff members, reviews the top candidates before the online results are finalized.
Inductees will be celebrated during Homecoming weekend, with an official induction ceremony scheduled for October 25. The event will bring together current students, alumni, and supporters to recognize the achievements of the newly honored athletes.
Membership in the N‑Club is open to recently graduated athletic alumni at no cost for the first year, though annual dues are set at $120, with discounted rates available for longer commitments. Those who pay their dues before the voting deadline automatically receive the three‑to‑one vote weighting.
Athletes who are not selected this year will remain on the ballot for the following cycle, giving them another opportunity to be recognized in the 2027 election.
