2027 Big Ten Schedule Unveiled

Northwestern University’s baseball program has released its 2027 Big Ten schedule, a competitive 18‑game conference slate that will see the Wildcats open the season on the road and finish with a home series against Minnesota.

The first three games of the campaign will be played at Purdue’s home field in West Lafayette, Indiana, from March 12 through March 14, marking the start of Big Ten play.

A week later, Northwestern returns to Evanston for a three‑game series against Maryland, running from March 19 to March 21.

The Wildcats then head west to face USC in Los Angeles, with a three‑game set scheduled for March 25 through March 27.

Back on home turf, Northwestern will host its in‑state rival Illinois in a three‑game series from April 2 to April 4, followed by a home series against UCLA from April 9 to April 11.

The road stretch continues with trips to Ohio State in Columbus from April 16 to April 18, and to Nebraska in Lincoln from April 23 to April 25.

Northwestern’s next six conference games will be played away from home, beginning with a series at Penn State and then at Iowa, before the team returns to Evanston for the final home series.

The regular season concludes with a home series against Minnesota from May 14 to May 16, giving the Wildcats a chance to finish the conference slate on a strong note.
