Lindy's Sports released its 2026 College Football National Preview, placing eight Notre Dame athletes among the nation's most highly regarded returnees.
Leonard Moore earned the top spot at cornerback and was named a first‑team preseason All‑American, while Christian Gray cracked the top‑15 at No. 11. Adon Shuler climbed to No. 3 among safeties, Anthonie Knapp rose to No. 4 among guards, and quarterback CJ Carr landed at No. 6 among returning quarterbacks.
