2026‑27 OVC Basketball Schedule Unveiled
The Ohio Valley Conference has released its full slate of games for the 2026‑27 men’s and women’s basketball seasons, confirming that each of its nine members will contest a 16‑game conference schedule.
Eastern Illinois University opens the campaign at home on Dec. 31, welcoming Southeast Missouri to Groniger Arena, a venue that will host a series of pivotal matchups throughout the year.
The Panthers’ home conference slate features contests against Lindenwood on Jan. 16, UT Martin on Jan. 23, Southern Indiana on Feb. 4, SIUE on Feb. 6, Western Illinois on Feb. 18 and Morehead State on Feb. 27, providing a compact but demanding stretch.
Road trips begin on Jan. 7 at Morehead State, followed by visits to Western Illinois on Jan. 14, Southeast Missouri on Jan. 21, Lindenwood on Jan. 30, Tennessee State on Feb. 11, UT Martin on Feb. 13, Southern Indiana on Feb. 20 and SIUE on Feb. 25, ensuring the team faces every conference rival both home and away.
The culmination of the regular season will be the OVC Tournament in Evansville, Indiana, where the championship will be decided at the Ford Center from March 3 through March 6, a venue that also serves as a neutral site for the conference’s championship games.
