Ohio’s 2026 Boys Soccer Elite: Top 25 Players
The USA TODAY Network Ohio high school sports staff has released its highly anticipated list of the top 25 boys soccer players for the 2026 season, a snapshot of the talent that will headline the state’s competition this fall.
Carter Smith of Westerville North leads the pack, earning the No. 1 spot after a standout high school career that caught the attention of selectors.
Close behind, Cooper Goodman from Twinsburg secured the No. 2 position, while Gabe Drushell of Revere followed at No. 3, rounding out the top three.
The remainder of the list reads like a who’s who of Ohio’s soccer hotbeds, featuring players from Summit, Fairbanks, Ready, Mariemont, Moeller, Canton South, Marlington, GlenOak, Wyoming, and St. Xavier’s.
Among the notable inclusions are Aidan Gross of Mariemont at No. 11, Gavin Young from Moeller at No. 13, and Guillermo Graves of Canton South at No. 14, each of whom earned recognition for their impressive performances.
Further down the rankings, Elijah Warner of Summit (No. 4), Kaden Procuniar of Fairbanks (No. 6), Jack Collaguazo of Ready (No. 9), Caleb Schumacher of Marlington (No. 15), and Jack Sweeney of St. Xavier’s (No. 10) round out a deep pool of prospects.
