2026‑27 Schedule Unveiled
Oklahoma’s men’s basketball program released its complete slate for the 2026‑27 season on Monday, laying out a blend of home‑court battles, road trips and neutral‑site showcases.
The Sooners open the regular season on Nov. 2 at the Lloyd Noble Center against East Texas A&M, a matchup that will kick off a schedule that also features a home game against Syracuse on Dec. 1 and a road test at SMU on Dec. 22.
Neutral‑site contests will take the team to the Fort Myers Tip‑Off, where they will meet Pittsburgh and Purdue, while additional non‑conference stops include a visit to Tulsa’s BOK Center to face Arizona State and a showdown at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City against Oklahoma State.
Conference play begins with a high‑profile home opener against Kentucky on Jan. 2, marking the first of several SEC matchups that will see the Sooners host Georgia, Missouri and Texas in a home‑and‑home format.
The SEC Tournament is slated for March 10‑14 at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, where the team will aim to add another title to its résumé.
Returning double‑figure scorers Xzayvier Brown and Derrion Reid give the roster a boost as it heads into the new campaign.
