Travis arrives after three seasons at Western Illinois, where she played a pivotal role in guiding the Leathernecks to a 26‑6 record and the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament Championship during the 2025‑26 campaign. Her contributions spanned player development, scouting, recruiting, and ensuring academic excellence across the roster.
Under her guidance, the team posted the second‑highest NCAA Division I collective GPA in the 2023‑24 academic year, reflecting a culture that values scholarship as much as sport. Travis herself holds a bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in sport management from the University of Illinois Springfield (2022) and a master's in leadership from Oklahoma Christian (2023), where she also concluded her playing career.
