OVC Baseball Championship Set to Light Up Mtn Dew Park

SIUE, Little Rock, and Eastern Illinois Battle for the 47th Title in Marion, Illinois

A Historic Venue Revitalized

The 2026 Ohio Valley Conference Baseball Championship will unfold from May 19 through May 23 at Mtn Dew Park in Marion, Illinois, marking the 47th edition of the tournament that brings together programs such as SIUE, Little Rock and Eastern Illinois.

Mtn Dew Park, which opened its gates in 2007 and was formerly known as Rent One Park, has become a hub for summer baseball, hosting the Prospect League’s Thrillville Thrillbillies since 2023. This year’s championship will be the fifth time the event has been staged at the venue, and a contract extension ensures it will remain the championship site through 2029.

Fans can purchase tickets at a flat rate of $30 for an all‑session pass, $10 per adult for a single day, and $5 for children under 18 and college students presenting a valid ID. All seating is general admission, and the pricing structure is designed to accommodate both families and dedicated followers of collegiate baseball.

Every game of the OVC tournament will be streamed live on ESPN+, allowing viewers across the country to follow the action in real time. Of particular note, Game 11 pits the top‑seeded SIUE against fourth‑seeded Little Rock and is slated to begin at 1:00 p.m., while Game 12 will feature the second‑seeded Eastern Illinois taking on the winner of Game 11, with a 4:30 p.m. start.
