The University of the Pacific’s women’s basketball program has released its 2026‑27 non‑conference slate, a schedule that blends early‑season home openers with a series of road tests and a multi‑day tournament in Texas.
A schedule built for challenge
Head coach Bradley Davis outlined the plan, noting that the Tigers will begin the month of November with a home contest against Simpson on November 2 before hitting the road for battles against Washington, Cal Baptist, Cal State Fullerton and Sacramento State.
The centerpiece of the November stretch is a Thanksgiving Tournament in San Marcos, Texas, where Pacific will meet UTEP, Bradley and Texas State in a three‑team showcase.
December brings a string of home games against UC Davis, UC San Diego, San Diego State and Nevada, giving the team a chance to build momentum before the final non‑conference showdown on December 22 against Texas A&M–Corpus Christi, a rematch of a 2021‑22 defeat.
Coach Davis emphasized that the mix of returning foes and new challengers is designed to test the squad’s depth, and that the Tigers are eager to reverse losses to Cal Baptist and Cal State Fullerton while preparing for a West Coast Conference slate that will feature each opponent twice.
