All-Star Basketball Games Return to Scottsbluff
The 32nd edition of the Panhandle Prep Sports Magazine All-Star Basketball Games is set for May 29 at Scottsbluff High School, bringing together the region’s top senior players for a doubleheader of girls and boys competition.
The girls game will tip off at 5:30 p.m., followed by the boys game at roughly 7:30 p.m. Halftime of the girls contest will host the Dunk Contest finals, while the 3-Point Contest will take place between the two contests. A scholarship presentation is slated for halftime of the boys game.
Broadcast and Community Impact
The event will be televised, with the broadcasting network to be announced in the coming weeks. Organizers say the showcase not only celebrates athletic achievement but also reinforces community ties across the Panhandle.
Roster Highlights
Coaches have finalized rosters that include standout seniors from a variety of schools, each guided by their respective mentors. The depth of talent reflects the growing strength of basketball programs throughout western Nebraska.
Fans, families and local supporters are encouraged to attend the showcase, which will also serve as a fundraiser for scholarship funds. With music, contests and a celebration of sport, the night promises to be a memorable culmination of the high school season.
