The Patriot League has rolled out a fresh football‑specific brand identity anchored by the slogan “The Power of 10,” marking the first season in which ten schools field football teams in the conference.
The Power of 10: A New Era for Patriot League Football
The expansion, achieved with the addition of Richmond, Villanova and William & Mary, brings the total membership to ten for the first time in the league’s 41‑year history, completing a roster that now includes Bucknell, Colgate, Fordham, Georgetown, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Lehigh, Richmond, Villanova and William & Mary.
Those ten programs have combined for two FCS national championships and twelve semifinal appearances, underscoring a competitive balance that aligns with the league’s longstanding commitment to academic excellence.
The new visual language will appear across ESPN+ broadcasts, the league’s website, social media channels and a suite of marketing initiatives, with the 2026 preview show hosted by Paige Messier.
Rivalry Week will close the regular season with a slate of historic matchups, while the branding effort celebrates both athletic ambition and the league’s dedication to graduating student‑athletes who excel in the classroom.
