Eligibility benchmarks
To earn a spot, a player must have participated in at least half of his team's games, be a starter or a key contributor, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale, and be classified as a sophomore or higher both academically and athletically. Transfer students become eligible immediately once they meet these thresholds.
Among those recognized are graduate student Evan Joyner and redshirt freshman Kyndon Wilburg from Augusta University, both of whom satisfy the rigorous academic and athletic criteria.
