Summer Conditioning at Pearl-Cohn
Pearl-Cohn High School in Nashville, Tennessee, is hosting a series of summer practice drills that run through June and July 2026, focusing on conditioning, agility and team cohesion.
The schedule includes sessions on June 16 and 17, as well as a later workout on July 10, each featuring a mix of sprint work, hurdle exercises and group huddles designed to sharpen players' physical readiness.
