Pridham’s Track Record
Pridham arrives after eight years as an assistant general manager with the Toronto Maple Leafs, where he specialized in contract negotiations, salary‑cap planning and the development of younger staff members.
In his new position, Pridham will focus on contract structuring, cap management and mentoring junior members of the Penguins’ front office, tasks that were previously overseen by Mpofu.
The hiring also underscores a familiar partnership: Pridham and Penguins general manager Kyle Dubas previously worked side‑by‑side in Toronto, giving the front office a built‑in continuity of philosophy and workflow.
