Perfect Game, the leading scouting and analytics platform for baseball and softball, has announced the launch of its Country Partner Program, a strategic move designed to cement its presence in international markets through annual licensing agreements with select organizations in each target country.
These Country Partners will assume responsibility for local operations, nurturing the Perfect Game platform, and cultivating relationships with teams, coaches, and players, thereby creating a grassroots network that mirrors the company’s domestic success.
Global Reach Through Local Partnerships
In addition to on‑the‑ground management, Perfect Game will supply a suite of global services—including marketing, public relations, social‑media amplification, DiamondKast live streaming, advanced scouting analytics, and detailed player profiles—to ensure that international athletes receive the same visibility as their domestic counterparts.
The program structures a clear progression for athletes, allowing them to compete locally, advance to national showcases, and ultimately earn a spot in an international flagship tournament that gathers the top talent from each participating region.
Through this pipeline, players gain exposure not only to regional scouts but also to U.S. college recruiters and professional scouts, opening doors to scholarship opportunities and potential contracts abroad.
Kash Shaikh, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of International at Perfect Game, emphasized the necessity of a unified international platform, noting his experience in building Baseball United—a professional league that spans the Middle East and South Asia and collaborates with baseball federations across five continents.
Rick Thurman, Chairman of Perfect Game, added that the initiative aligns with the company’s overarching vision of identifying talent early and forging new pathways for athletes worldwide, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to global growth.
