The trio was captured on video flouting traffic rules, weaving through city streets on two‑wheel machines that roared louder than any campus rally.
Police attempted to intervene, but the riders repeatedly made illegal turns and plunged into oncoming traffic, forcing officers to abandon the pursuit. The chase culminated when one of the bikers, later identified as Ferguson, collided with a Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire battalion chief’s vehicle parked near McKee Place, causing significant damage but no serious injuries.
