Pleasantville’s baseball and softball teams both posted decisive victories on the road Monday, defeating Earlham in West Central Conference matchups that set up a highly anticipated showdown tonight against Pella Christian.

The softball contest ended 6-3 in favor of the Trojans. Lainey Kennedy delivered 5 1⁄3 innings on the mound, allowing three hits, two earned runs and recording a single strikeout, while Tenley Elliott followed with 1 2⁄3 scoreless innings and three strikeouts.
