Queens Road Rage Turns Deadly
At about 1 a.m. on a recent night, a 911 call reported an assault in progress on the eastbound Belt Parkway near Exit 21B. Police units arrived to find a chaotic scene that would soon turn tragic.
The victims were identified as 47‑year‑old Crisanie Dockery, who was found unconscious with severe head trauma, and a 39‑year‑old man who sustained minor injuries to one arm. Both had been struck with a baseball bat during a dispute that followed a traffic accident.
Dockery was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The injured man was treated on site and released after receiving medical attention for his minor wounds.
Investigation Underway
Authorities are now searching for a blue vehicle that fled the scene after the assault. Witnesses reported hearing heated arguments before the attack, and forensic teams are reviewing dash‑cam footage and vehicle descriptions to locate the driver.
