Quintin Rogers has been appointed head coach of the SUNY Geneseo women's soccer team, taking over from Nate Wiley, who steered the program for two decades.
Rogers arrives with a résumé that spans head coaching stints at Keuka College and assistant roles at SUNY Brockport and Monroe Community College, where he helped reshape recruiting pipelines and elevate the team's national profile.
A legacy of excellence
During his tenure at Keuka, Rogers guided the team to twelve Empire 8 President's List recognitions and produced six CSC Academic All‑District honorees, underscoring his commitment to student‑athlete development.
At Brockport, he contributed to game planning, video analysis and recruiting, sparking a 30 percent increase in scoring, while his local recruiting work at Monroe Community College helped the program climb to a No. 3 national ranking in NJCAA Division I.
Rogers holds a U.S. Soccer Federation D License and an NSCAA Level 1 Goalkeeper Diploma, and he has coached club sides such as Rochester Jr. Rhinos, NY Rush Select and WNY Flash Rochester, blending club and collegiate experience.
His vision for Geneseo centers on sustaining the program’s on‑field competitiveness while fostering growth in the classroom and the broader community, a philosophy that aligns with the college's long‑standing emphasis on holistic achievement.
