Real Madrid Foundation is bringing its celebrated soccer camps to Wenatchee Valley College this August, providing a focused week of training for young athletes between the ages of five and seventeen. The program runs from August 3 through August 7, with daily sessions scheduled from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon, Monday through Friday.
Camp Overview
Each day’s curriculum blends technical drills with tactical instruction, aiming to sharpen ball control, passing precision and game intelligence while embedding core values such as teamwork, respect and motivation. The structured environment is designed to accommodate beginners as well as advanced competitors, ensuring that every participant receives meaningful development.
The camps are led by certified coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation, with one instructor assigned for every fourteen players to guarantee individualized attention. WVC Athletic Director Greg Sparling expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting that the collaboration not only enriches the college’s athletic programs but also offers valuable learning experiences for student‑athletes.
Registration is available through the RMF Clinics website, with the standard fee set at $599. Families may also opt for early drop‑off or late pick‑up services for an additional charge, though space is limited and fills quickly, underscoring the need for prompt sign‑up.
Beyond skill development, the initiative reflects a broader commitment to fostering positive youth engagement in the Wenatchee community. By combining elite coaching with a values‑centric approach, the camp seeks to inspire the next generation of players both on and off the field.
