On August 17, Red Bull New York and the Rockaway Township Soccer Association (RTSA) revealed a strategic partnership designed to enrich youth soccer development across the region. Starting this fall, the collaboration will introduce a suite of coaching education, technical training, and player development initiatives for RTSA players, coaches, and their families.
A Shared Commitment to Player Growth
The agreement brings professional coaching expertise and structured training modules to the RTSA community, offering participants access to Red Bull New York Summer Camps that blend skill development with inspirational experiences. Volunteer coaches will receive additional training, while parents can engage with programs such as the Red Print curriculum to deepen their involvement.
Patrick McCarron, regional manager of Red Bull New York Youth Programs, highlighted the partnership’s focus on cultivating talent from the ground up. "We are excited to support RTSA’s vision of building a strong, sustainable pathway for players and coaches," he said, emphasizing the long‑term developmental goals.
Beyond skill acquisition, the initiative aims to foster confidence and a lifelong love of soccer. By integrating evaluations, structured training, and exclusive family experiences, the partnership seeks to create a robust ecosystem that nurtures talent and promotes continual growth within the RTSA framework.
