The Red Lake County Rebels secured their second consecutive Section 8A Baseball Championship on Tuesday, routing the Bagley Flyers 10-3 at their home field.
The Rebels opened the scoring with a five‑run first inning, highlighted by a solo home run from Ben Gulligsrud that set the tone for the contest.
Colin Taggart continued his hot streak, finishing with four hits and driving in a crucial RBI single in the fifth inning that extended the lead.
Kegan Schmitz added three hits and two RBIs, contributing to a balanced offensive attack that kept the Flyers on the back foot.

With the victory, the Rebels will now turn their focus to the State Championship, a tournament that begins in St. Cloud on June 11.
The team improves to 15‑2 on the season, a testament to their consistency and depth.
