A Strategic Entry into NASCAR
Rexel announced its NASCAR debut at the Richmond Cook Out 400 on August 15, 2026, marking a significant milestone for the electrical and energy solutions provider as it steps onto the track as a primary partner of the No. 42 Toyota Camry XSE driven by John Hunter Nemechek.
The race, held in Henrico County, Virginia, saw Nemechek finish 22nd, a respectable result that underscored the competitiveness of the new partnership and gave the brand an immediate presence in front of a national audience.
Roger Little, chief executive officer of Rexel USA, said the collaboration reflects Rexel’s core values and long‑term growth objectives, positioning the brand at the intersection of performance and sustainability.
Kevin Gustin, vice president of marketing for Rexel USA, added that the alliance offers a unique platform to elevate the company’s national profile and create engaging, technology‑driven activations for fans.
The partnership with Legacy Motor Club extends beyond the race weekend, emphasizing innovation, performance and sustainability both on and off the racetrack, with a shared vision of building a smarter, more sustainable future.
In addition to its Richmond debut, Rexel will serve as an associate partner at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in October, further expanding its presence in the NASCAR ecosystem and deepening fan engagement through immersive experiences.
