RIT's women's hockey program celebrated a milestone as eighteen members of the 2025‑26 Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) All‑Academic Team were announced, underscoring the program's commitment to both competition and scholarship.
Among the honorees, freshmen Cassandra Kehler and Heron Rohweder stood out by posting perfect 4.0 grade point averages throughout the academic year, earning them a place among the 21 student‑athletes recognized as Atlantic Hockey America Student‑Athletes of the Year.
Scholarship Across the Roster
The team posted a collective cumulative GPA of 3.47, the highest among the conference's twenty‑five programs, and every squad in the league finished with at least a 3.17 GPA, reflecting a league‑wide emphasis on academic performance.
Conference officials highlighted that 145 players across the seven member institutions met the 3.0 GPA threshold for both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters, a testament to the rigorous academic standards upheld by the AHA.
