Brooklyn College announced today that Ronald Stanislaus has been elevated to the role of Head Coach of the men's soccer program, marking a new chapter for the Bulldogs as they look to build on recent successes.
A Decade of Development
Stanislaus arrives with more than ten years of coaching experience across collegiate, high school and elite youth environments, having previously served as lead assistant coach where he contributed to the team's CUNYAC Regular Season Championship in 2025.
His coaching philosophy centers on technical development, tactical awareness and a team‑first mentality, principles he says will guide the program toward sustained growth.
Beyond the college ranks, Stanislaus continues to lead Brooklyn United Academy, overseeing competitive boys' teams that compete in multiple leagues, while also lending his expertise to Trinity School in New York City and Riverview High School in Sarasota, Florida.
A graduate of Oakland City University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and an Associate of Applied Science from Herkimer County Community College, he is currently pursuing the U.S. Soccer D License to further refine his player‑centered methodology.
The appointment underscores the college's commitment to continuity and excellence, as Athletic Director Erik Smiles praised Stanislaus for his proven leadership and dedication to the student‑athlete experience.
