Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s baseball program celebrated a milestone as six of its athletes earned spots on the All-Liberty League teams, a testament to the Engineers’ rising competitiveness in the conference.

Michael Lebenson earned First Team honors and stood out as the league’s most prolific slugger, topping the circuit with nine home runs and 19 doubles while driving in 41 runs and batting .347 with a 1.121 OPS.

Garrett Gates and Ben Belliss secured Second Team accolades, each contributing significantly on the mound; Gates posted five wins with a 4.12 ERA and 39 strikeouts, while Belliss compiled three wins, a 3.45 ERA and 33 strikeouts, holding opponents to a .214 average.

Walker Abdallah and Charlie Morse were recognized on the Third Team for their speed and offensive impact, both finishing tied for third in the league with 20 stolen bases; Abdallah also ranked fifth in hits and runs scored while batting .365.

Relief pitcher Zac Zajac earned conference recognition after leading the league with seven saves, rounding out a strong pitching staff for the Engineers.
