Scarlet Knights Golf Outing Returns for 2026
The Rutgers baseball program is set to host its annual Scarlet Knights Baseball Golf Outing on Monday, August 5, at Forsgate Country Club in Monroe, New Jersey, as part of a fundraising effort that channels all proceeds back into the team’s budget.
Registration opens at 9 a.m., with a shotgun start for a shamble format that pairs participants on the course at 10 a.m., followed by a reception that includes lunch, awards and a chance to meet head coach Steve Owens for a photo.
Attendees can choose from several ticket tiers: a $50 option that grants access to the lunch and reception, a $290 full registration that covers golf, meals and the reception, and a $200 rate for young alumni who graduated between 2022 and 2026.
An auction will run alongside the event, offering Rutgers baseball memorabilia, golf packages and tickets to future games, adding another layer of fundraising for the program.
All money raised is earmarked for the Scarlet Knights baseball program, supporting equipment, travel and scholarships, and the outing has become a staple of the team’s community outreach.
