Ryan Iliff, a former University of Jamestown pitcher and longtime assistant coach, is now the head of the baseball program following Tom Hager's retirement. His deep roots in the school and extensive mentorship under Hager position him to steer the team forward.
Having worked closely with Hager for more than ten years, Iliff has absorbed not only the technical aspects of coaching but also the philosophy that defines the program. This preparation has been a deliberate apprenticeship, ensuring continuity in leadership.
The foundational values of pride, family and tradition that have long guided the Jimmies will remain unchanged. Iliff emphasizes that these principles are the heartbeat of the team and will continue to shape daily practice and team culture.
