Off‑Base Driver Appearances
Beyond the base, the city’s streets will host a series of driver meet‑and‑greets. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is scheduled to appear at Sycuan Casino Resort for an evening session open to guests 21 and older, while Austin Dillon will greet supporters at the Boot Barn location in Kearny Mesa. The San Diego Zoo is adding a unique twist to the festivities by showcasing car No. 45 from 23XI Racing, wrapped in a striking wildlife pattern that blends racing flair with the zoo’s conservation message.
Nightlife spots are joining the celebration as well. barleymash in the Gaslamp Quarter will broadcast the races with themed cocktails, while The Local in Pacific Beach will host a pre‑party featuring photo backdrops and direct driver meet‑and‑greets. Later in the evening, The Headquarters at Seaport will offer salsa dancing and live music, extending the weekend’s entertainment into the early hours.
Petco Park will serve as the backdrop for a country‑music festival, where rising artists Carter Faith, Lakelin Lemmings, Stephen Wilson Jr. and Tim Dugger will perform for a crowd that can enjoy the races on big screens while soaking up the music.
Organizers have indicated that some activities require tickets or RSVPs, whereas others are free and open to the public, allowing a wide range of fans to participate.
