The San Diego State women's soccer program has unveiled its 2026 campaign, a schedule that blends early‑season experiments with a rigorous slate of opponents across the West and Midwest.
Two exhibition matches against the University of Southern California and the University of San Diego will kick off the season before the Aztecs open regular‑play against the University of California San Diego on August 12.
August will see the team travel to face Portland State University, the University of Washington and the University of the Pacific, opponents that have historically tested the Aztecs with mixed results.
A road trip in September will take the squad to Oklahoma State University, Texas Tech University and Utah Valley University, marking the first encounters with those programs in the current era.
October brings home‑field momentum
The Aztecs will host Boise State University on October 1 to launch their inaugural Pac‑12 schedule, then welcome Texas State University to San Marcos on October 4 before confronting Oregon State University, Colorado State University and Washington State University in subsequent weeks.
Later in the month, matches against Fresno State and Gonzaga University will round out the home slate, recalling past meetings that have often favored the Scarlet and Black.
The regular season will close on November 5 at Utah State University, after which the top four conference teams will advance to the Pac‑12 Tournament, a goal the Aztecs are eager to achieve.
