The Satellite High School football program has undergone a dramatic transformation, flipping a 1‑9 record from the previous season to a 10‑win campaign that culminated in a run to the Sunshine State Athletic Association Atlantic state quarterfinals.
Head coach Dan Burke, now in his second year at the helm, has instilled a culture of resilience and ambition that has resonated throughout the roster.
Quarterback Brody Grennan, who threw for 1,225 yards, 16 touchdowns and only five interceptions in his first full season as a starter, returns as the offensive centerpiece, while senior receiver Noah Corriveau, who posted 17 catches for 399 yards and five scores, will look to build on his breakout performance.
The defense will also be bolstered by the return of key contributors Donald Cline, Anthony Romero and Christopher Fudge, giving the team depth on both sides of the ball.
A Test Right Out of the Gate
The opening matchup pits Satellite High against Space Coast, the 2024 SSAA Atlantic 1A state champions who reached the semifinals a year ago. Coach Burke has said that confronting a team of that caliber early in the season provides an ideal test for his squad.
