A New Era for SEC Media Days
The Southeastern Conference has announced that the 2026 Football Kickoff Media Days will be held in Tampa, Florida, from July 20 through July 23. This is the first time the preseason media event will be staged in Tampa and the state of Florida, moving beyond previous host cities that included Dallas, Nashville and Atlanta.
The four‑day gathering will open each morning at 9 a.m. ET, with the SEC Network delivering more than 50 hours of live coverage nationwide. In addition to press conferences and interviews, the event will feature panel discussions, behind‑the‑scenes tours and analytical segments designed to give fans a deeper look at the upcoming season.
Each of the conference’s 14 member schools will bring a small group of players to the media stage, joining coaches and administrators for interviews and photo opportunities. The participant lists provide a snapshot of the talent that will shape storylines across the SEC.
Alabama’s contingent includes Zabien Brown, Ryan Coleman‑Williams and Bray Hubbard, while Florida will be represented by Jadan Baugh, Myles Graham and Vernell Brown III. Auburn will send Champ Anthony, Byrum Brown and Alex McPherson; Georgia will be led by Drew Bobo, Gunner Stockton and Raylen Wilson; and Texas will showcase Arch Manning, Trevor Goosby and Colin Simmons, among others.

From LSU’s TJ Dottery and Trey’Dez Green to Missouri’s Cayden Green and Jamal Roberts, the player lists reflect the depth and competitiveness of the conference.
